These three confections are crafted with wishes for children’s strength, growth, and future success.
Tango no Sekku (Boy's Day or Children's Day) is one of Japan’s five traditional seasonal festivals. Enjoy them as part of Boy's Day or Children's Day celebration on May 5.

Koinobori (Carp Streamer):
Made from yokan (sweet bean jelly)

Kabuto (Helmet):
Momoyama dough with smooth azuki bean paste filling. Momoyama dough is a baked confection made by blending white bean paste with egg yolk, malt syrup, and kudzu or kanbaiko flour.

Hanashobu (Iris):
Steamed yam bun with smooth azuki bean paste filling. The leaves are expressed using matcha-flavored yokan (sweet bean jelly).
