A salted yokan (sweet bean jelly) made with whole azuki bean paste, surrounding a soft core of gyuhi (type of mochi made from glutinous rice flour).
The sweet flavor of the salt from the Goto Islands in Nagasaki enhances and brings out the rich taste of the beans.
