Kuri Mochi
Surrounding whole chestnut harvested in Kumamoto is a fluffy whole azuki bean paste filling made with beans from Tokachi, Hokkaido. Wrapped around all of this is soft mochi dough made with "Hikotaro mochi" glutinous rice from Yamagata Prefecture.
