Anzu Cake
This moist steamed cake is made by steaming white bean paste mixed with eggs, wheat flour and rice flour. The batter is generously infused with apricot syrup, mixed with finely chopped apricots, and lavishly topped with candied apricots.
It can also be enjoyed slightly chilled.
