Hydrangeas are also known as Yohira, meaning "four petals" in Japanese. Their colors shift beautifully through seven transformations, blooming softly and serenely, adorned with dewdrops.
Made of a chewy steamed dough made with rice flour and glutinous rice flour and filled with smooth white azuki bean paste.
