Fukujuso is said to originate from its association with happiness and longevity, making it a highly auspicious bloom.
This confection features soft hues of yellow and green, symbolizing the petals and leaves of the plant, while a delicate dusting of korimochi (freeze-dried mochi) evokes the imagery of morning frost and snow. The outer layer is made of soft konashi dough, while the center features smooth azuki bean paste.
