Koboreguri
This is a chestnut steamed yokan (sweet bean jelly) made with large, plump chestnuts from Kumamoto Prefecture, combined with azuki beans from Tokachi, Hokkaido.
On top of the bean paste is a Japanese steamed cake made by steaming sweet bean paste mixed with eggs, wheat flour and rice flour.
