Seiobo
This sweet is inspired by the mythical peach given to Emperor in ancient China. Said to bear fruit only once every 3,000 years, it is an auspicious confection that symbolizes longevity and rare blessings.
The outer layer is made of konashi dough (a soft, chewy dough made by mixing white bean paste and wheat flour), while the center features smooth azuki bean paste.
