Natsumizuki no Ichigodaifuku
Natsumizuki strawberries, grown in the cool climate of Hokkaido, are known for their gentle tartness and refreshing sweetness. Each large strawberry is wrapped in gyuhi (type of mochi made from glutinous rice flour) and smooth azuki bean paste.
This is a strawberry daifuku enjoyed only in early summer.
