Fu no Mochi
Delightfully chewy wheat-gluten surrounds a center of smooth azuki bean paste. The subtle aroma of bamboo leaf makes for a refreshingly cool sweet. The leaf is not edible.
As the leaves become difficult to remove once dried, we recommend briefly soaking them in water before eating to make them easier to peel off.
