Kurumi Mochi

Soft gyuhi (type of mochi made from glutinous rice flour) envelops a textured whole azuki bean paste made from azuki beans sourced in Tokachi, Hokkaido.
The walnut on top is a rare, hand-cracked variety, each one carefully prepared by hand.
The salt placed on top further enhances the walnut’s natural aroma and depth.
