Rakuzan
A moist ukishima delicately scented with rice miso. Ukishima is made by steaming sweet bean paste mixed with eggs, wheat flour, rice flour, and sugar.
Garnished with kinome (young Japanese pepper leaves) and a hint of cinnamon, it evokes the budding greenery of spring.
