Rakuzan

A moist ukishima delicately scented with rice miso. Ukishima is made by steaming white bean paste mixed with eggs, wheat flour and rice flour.
Garnished with young Japanese pepper leaves and a hint of cinnamon, it evokes the budding greenery of spring.
